A Monthly Meeting of Friends

A few months ago my friend over at My Way... suggested starting a group that met monthly and rotated hosts. Whoever was host for the month chose the theme and directed everyone else what to bring. There are six of us who committed. This month marks our fifth meeting. Bree was the host. She made us homemade soup and we brought whatever we wanted to go with that. Per request, I made Sopapilla Cheesecake (note: I use almond extract and not vanilla when I make these). We hung out for a couple of hours talking and laughing. I am so glad Stacie suggested this group. Now pictures:

After the party, I took my oldest two nieces to see "Beauty & the Beast" in 3-D and then they spent the night. I thought the below picture was too cute not to share.
